This scan is carried out between 35 to 42 weeks.

The purpose of this scan is to identify if the baby is lying in the cephalic position (head down) or in the breech position (head up).

A wellbing scan is included and measurements similar to a Growth Scan are carried out.

We will always try to give you several black and white images of your baby - but at this late stage the images may not be very clear.

Please bring your Hospital Obstetric Notes with you when you come for this scan.
